1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using x-advert's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
x-advert provides digital advertising and marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads management. The scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements with clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for services, grant necessary access to advertising accounts and platforms, respond to requests for information in a timely manner, pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and creative work produced by x-advert remain the property of x-advert until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
x-advert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. x-advert reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or fails to make payment.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
