Refund&CancellationPolicy

1. Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service initiation if no advertising campaigns have been launched. Once campaigns are live and ad spend has been committed, refunds are not available as costs have been incurred with advertising platforms.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, clients will be billed for all services rendered up to the cancellation date, including any ongoing campaigns and committed ad spend.
3. Ad Spend Non-Refundable
Any funds spent directly on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads) are non-refundable. These costs are paid directly to the advertising platforms and cannot be recovered once campaigns are active.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where services have been partially delivered, x-advert may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This will be calculated based on the work completed, campaigns launched, and resources allocated to your project.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
6. Cancellation by x-advert
x-advert reserves the right to cancel services if payment is not received, terms are breached, or if we determine we cannot deliver the agreed services. In such cases, a prorated refund will be provided for unused services.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your refund or cancellation, please contact us at hello@x-advert.top. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
8. Changes to Policy
x-advert reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
